“byiroiro” (pronounced: by-e-ro-e-ro), means ‘various or miscellaneous’ in Japanese; and reflects the roots of how I started; crocheting & experimenting with a little bit of this, and a little bit of that.

byiroiro is a handcrafted home goods and lifestyle brand that helps you to make more sustainable choices in your everyday life. 

As the founder and artisan behind byiroiro, I believe that handmade homeware in natural fibers not only adds organic layers and charm, and helps to create a warm cosy space full of personality; but is also much better for our health and well-being, AND for the earth. It’s thus my hope that I can create such pieces for your everyday lifestyle.

My design aesthetic tends to be modern organic - while I love the clean lines and unfussy silhouettes of modern minimalism, I embrace earthy colours, organic shapes and natural textures, to create a welcoming atmosphere in your home.
